Software is good - Support is horrific. Please add a rating category for Technical Support. This software is well done, and we like most of it. There is a bug or two that the 21 year old code writer (T.J. Maghni)missed. But do not hope, expect, or anticipate any response from their technical support, because there is none, nada, zip. We've solicited their help on a small problem 22 times by email, 800 number and support submission form. We have not received a single reply. We believe their heading towards, or are in Chapter 11. They owe us a refund on an erroneous charge since November, and we doubt ...

I was looking for a more interactive software so people in the field could enter their activities directly into the system instead of sending emails to the admin.If this was available in the web help desk software and I missed it, please let me know.I also could not see or enter info into the response area after the ticket had been created.
