Just received my copy of CheckBook 2.3. The program is simple to use and works fine for balancing my checking account. I have used Quicken for years but after a crash I have been unable to restore the data from my backup discs.Since you do not provide a function named Backup I will just save a copy of my current Checkbook file to a different disk as a backup.

I can\'t save my changes or print any reports; it gives me an error message in something like wing dings. HELP please? thanks.

I just set up this program for my 85 year old mother to use and it is so simple she can use it herself. She is really excited about this program since she doesn't seem to be able to balance her checkbook manually any more. Nice program.

Hi...thanks for the recent e...So far I like Checkbook fine..from FAQ I did learn how to send the backup of my account to a removable disc...Is there anyway to get Checkbook to send future backups directly to my removable???Thanks for your help..Ed

Its a great software, esp when its free. Easy to work with. Hope u would add more labels/column so I could enter notes/occupation/place of birth/death, etc. in the person\'s information. Family tree is great - very flexible and ability to add photos is great!The calendar stops working around Sept 1752! so I can\'t enter dates before that.Also - adding families to family tree is easy. But there should be a way to add individuals to family tree (like when u know only husband and not the wife, yet)- still working may be ...

Problem I downloaded the program but couldn't figure out how to use it. I read the instructions, but it didn't work. Very frustrating. I'll find another program for genealogy.

Did not work TreeDraw didn't work on my computer because I have Vista. I didn't realize that this would happen until after I had downloaded. Sorry to have bothered you. This was for a school project that my son was working on and it's finished now, so we have no need for the program anymore. Thank you.

I was looking for a product which would create professional charts first time - without the need for me to re-organise what it had produced. I was looking for symmetrical presentations which made good use of the available paper space, and provided a host of options.Regretfully, your product didn't meet my required standards. But I've looked at every product that I can find, and none meets my criteria.

Not for me at the moment, I'm afraid.It was the type of thing I was after, but...1. It didn't get close enough first time, and 2. It wasn't user-friendly enough to get the chart how I wanted it.It didn't improve sufficiently over what's in Family Tree Maker to encourage me to show any more interest. Sorry.

Good potential, if only it worked The program does a good job of laying out a tree. What lets it down is that it is not easy to use, and I just could not get it to print. I had to print screen and paste into a grphics program to do this.JG

Unusual Interface Accounts (Checking, Savings, etc) must be loaded in separate windows. Unclear how to combine accounts to see a complete picture of finances.
