HTML not an option? I may have been using the program all wrong, but while I was able to download a sites files with NeoDownloader, one thing I wanted to also do was capture the html pages as well but couldn't seem to get it to do this. Even with a customized template and trying to fetch both htm and html documents (that is what this site had), I was unable to do so. I just kept getting a .tmp file. it is the most annoying product i have tried, some file are missing, wont delete, wont download & wont repair, wont do what it\'s supposed to do, spent 7 hours playing with it, still no good , so i replaced the computer, computers are as cheap as chips, i had the computer for 5 years gx620 dell,good unit,your product worked for 525 days, fine, my time 7 hours x €80.00 = € 560.00 new unit € 425.00,i will not use it again , googled your product similar complaints your product needs a rebuild you guys are loosing out, pity

I\'ve used it for a good while without any problems,...BUT a few days ago I tried to disable it so I could download a program that would not download w/ a download manager. It would NOT allow me to do so -- even after I uninstalled it. It keeps inserting a nag screen. Help me get this off my drive.

Opinion This is a really good product as it is simple to use and does what it says on the tin. BUT despite the free registration code procedure being followed to the letter I have been unable to get registered. This results in the product going slower and slower and slower, to the point where I will probably get something else.

I tryed to uninstall this "FRESH DOWNLOAD" but i did not succeed.. It still pops up telling me that "-Fresh download cant take over this download" Im using IE 8, Firefox 3.0.11 and GOOGLE CROME. fresh download Your download was supposed to be an optimizer for a computer. It's a downloader, not an optimizer. I've deleted it from my system. If your downloader makes things download FASTER...maybe that would be worth something to me in the future.

suggestions for improvement I usually Opera as a browser and my computer is an x32 model of about 6 years old. I use Fresh Download instead of the built-in Opera facility but I sometimes wonder whether I am better off now. It is faster than Opera's but it takes long to get started. I suppose that the immediate start off of Opera's compensates for its slower pace once started. Mostly OK The WinHTTrack was a pleasant suprise, but still, I didn't get quite the same stuff as there were in the original. What went wron I don't know, because I couldn't find any file missing compare to the mirror I afterwards created with Linux and wget.The wget mirror looked just like the original with graphical pushbuttons and all. Simple site that I got "home" before the domain expires.But sure, WinHTTrack was nice experience with GUI, quite intuitive to use. So propably I start with it next time, too.***mate

great program This program was great once I learned how to use it.. All the options are not explained so I got a few errors the first couple times around.. but after figuring it out, I LOVE IT!Its free too! :)

Didn`t need to look any further..... If you are like me, it is very difficult to sit and read technical documents from a website on the screen. Select a page - wait for it to load etc. So I just captured the lot and printed everything - HTTrack worked flawlessly. Many years ago I used it successfully for a travel site and this time when I needed another similar I tool, I searched for it (I knew it was ht something and downloaded the latest version...I didn't need to research any other tools as I knew this one worked.

there is problem in ur application i can't download photos from hi-mobile.net only fram syntaxes are downloaded nothing else every thing is partial no thing is complete

Opinion Downloaded and installed the software. Software did not work. Would only let me get videos from You Tube. Not worth the time it took to download and install. Can not get it to uninstall either.

NeoLite Easy to use, simplicity is the best mark of NDL.With this software is easy to download pictures. Unfortunaly you can not do some things, like how deep you wish to go. In most of cases he goes to shallow. But in cca 60-70 % he help me to download some pictures, like ships and planes, which are important for my hobby.

i love the program.there is only one problem.on many downloads, the download slows down from 80% to 98% and stops.and will not resume.no madder what,i try.i also get strange to me writhing,over the toolbar.and the toolbar, will not work any more and i have to delete,the same and reinstall again.Wye is that so?

Download Accelerator is great . I wont use anything else . But I would like to know why it often tells me that it is not my default download manager. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled so I can tick the box making it my preferred manager it works for a whilethen back it comes........Jan Takacs

Works fairly well. Works fast.I have problems understanding how to scan deep into a site. This may be user error rather than a problem with the software.

The product was a bit difficult to set up, at first. I kept scanning your site by accident. Once we got the options set up properly it worked fairly well.We had a customer who wants us to do a redesign on a website that a marketing firm is hosting currently and the program did not retrieve two of the flash pieces or associated images. A lifesaver. I have been using this product for a few months now. It continues to surprise me how many uses it has. I use it to download from mms streaming content as well as for all my other music and video downloads.

Didn`t work for me. I ended up uninstalling the program because it would lock up after about 5 minutes consistently across 2 computers. Had to reboot and could just kill the process with the task manager. Good interface, but it has some deep root problems that need to be fixed.
