AVS DVD Player FREE 2.4
Good for inexpeienced users (like myself)
This is a good program to use if, like myself, you haven't got a lot of experience with computers. My PC went on the blink, and when I got it up and running again, the WMP wouldn't play dvds for me. So, I d/loaded this and was able to watch my dvds without problems. I use my PC as an all round entertainment system instead of having individual systems, so not being able to play my dvds was a pain, but thanks to AVS DVD Player, that was quickly solved. Would recommend to a friend.

I think the design is solid, as appears the implementation. The ease of use in terms of
configuration from the 'Properties' area is great, and the Windows supported events makes it
easy to simple 'drop' the new button in to replace the default 'Command Button' that comes
with VB6.
I would recommend the 'Custom Button Control' for any ActiveX application that is looking to
gain a greater control over the look and feel of their buttons.

i used ext2fs to try to make a usb start-up with ntfs support-ntfs support succeeded, no problem at all!.
Startup (bootup) failed, still trying to find out why there is a cooment on startup that there is no media to boot !
Could be me or could be ext2fs, do not know yet.

really is very cool, but you are missing 1 or 2 options for perfection. I would suggest to put a custom-appeareance for each wallpaper image, i mean... maybe i got one image 1440x1200 and i want it fullscreen, so i put .. stretch to fit, but then i got an image that is 20x25 and it strecths to fit also and i dont want that i want it to be tiled, and i cant do that, all custom applies for all images. so i suggest to put an option to customize each of your images for best results. another suggestion would be to.. try to make a type of changing wallpaper effect. i mean... changing wallpaper every day.. its.. ok.. you dont see the wallpaper changing too many times, but when i got one that changes every 5 seconds.. it seems too... "dry".. meaningless... to see only images changing every 5 seconds.. it would be AMAZING to have effects in changing images and customize time between effects too.. i know... too much resources.... but when you got one computer like mine... resources aren't important.
