Herewith I would like to express my deep disappointing with the respective service. Firstly, I have found some study guide out of date. These exams are not in Avaya certification program. Even, some of study guides are not valid, I decided to pay and download them, to have any kind of direction in my further study. I paid online and received email with all possible link except the link which provides me download of study guide I had paid!!!
After contacting support, I received the guide. The study guide has more then 1000 pages but contents doesn't cover at all the topic of the related exam. Before I bought this study guide, I had failed the related exam, so I know the context and topic of the exam quite well but content of study guide I have bought, it doesn't mach neither in one point with real exam.
This study guide is complete wasting time and money!!!

I am really sorry that I am in situation to state something like this but unfortunately it is reality.
